• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• Never had an account previously closed or suspended by mykadd99 for fraud or terms violations

Mykadd99 does not accept members who originate from or operate within jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling under their local laws. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws rests entirely with the member.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mykadd99. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identity details — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

Registration Details

All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. This includes but is not limited to:

• Full name as shown on your identification card
• Valid date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• Bank account details for payment purposes

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

As part of mykadd99's commitment to security and compliance, members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before withdrawals are processed or at any stage of platform use. Documents that may be required include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address.

Mykadd99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Found to be using the platform from a restricted region

Mykadd99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

Mykadd99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the mykadd99 website, unless a different effective date is explicitly stated.

For changes deemed material — such as updates to the withdrawal policy or bonus terms — mykadd99 will endeavour to notify members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account.
